Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Products purchased on final sale

  • Process for Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Products must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all exchanges.

  • Process for Exchanges:

    • Contact our customer service team at contact@forstink.com to initiate the exchange process.

    • We will provide instructions on how to return your item and receive the exchange.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out your new product within 7-10 business days.

    • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to choose a different product of equal value.

 

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
